With staggering records to his name, Suresh Raina on Tuesday calls it a day to retire from all forms of cricket, which opens up new opportunities for batting all-rounder to play overseas T20 leagues

Although Suresh Raina has been MS Dhoni's deputy at Chennai Super Kings for over a decade, the left-handed batter garnered a healthy fan base at the Chepauk stadium and across the country. His outstanding performances donning the yellow jersey has left an indelible impression on the minds of his fans.

Playing at number 3, balancing the middle-order is something that requires a knack and proper understanding of the game, the dashing southpaw diligently disposed of his responsibilities almost all the time he stepped into the ground. Not only did Raina win hearts for his batting, but his fielding has also been of top-notch standards. The trademark shot lofted inside-out drive displays his sheer brilliance as a batsman.
