With Kohli being one of their preferred retentions, Mohammed Siraj is another one of those players that the franchise could look to retain. The right-arm seamer has been one of the mainstays of their bowling attack in the recent times and with a good Indian new-ball bowler in their ranks, the franchise may not want to part ways with him.
Will Jacks, Yash Dayal Could Be Among Players Being Considered For Retention By IPL
Among the youngsters that RCB might look to keep in their team is Englishman Will Jacks. The 25-year-old might have only played 8 IPL matches so far but already has 1 ton to his name and a staggering strike rate of 175.57. His average of 32.86 isn't too bad either and with the management looking to build a team for the future ahead of a mega-auction, Jacks could be a good retention choice.

Yash Dayal could well be Bengaluru's uncapped Indian pick. Yash had an impressive season with RCB last year, picking up 15 wickets in 14 matches, also earning a maiden India call up. The left-arm speedster, however, did not get to play for India and could be picked by the franchise as someone who will produce the returns in the years to come.
