However, a recent viral video showcased a rare moment when the former Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain snapped at a cameraman, jokingly threatening to throw a water bottle at him.

During LSG vs CSK IPL 2024 match on Tuesday, MS Dhoni was spotted mimicking action of throwing a water bottle at cameraman, the moment when he was shown on the big screen. One fan with the username @IamSKtashan, took to X (formerly Twitter) commented on the viral moment, saying, "Thala be like: Bottel fek ke marunga".

In CSK's IPL 2024 match against LSG on Tuesday, MS Dhoni walked out to bat with only two deliveries remaining and hit a boundary off the only ball he faced, sending the crowd into a frenzy. Meanwhile, Marus Stoinis’ ton (124 runs) sealed a 6 wickets win for LSG. This was CSK's second consecutive loss in IPL 2024 and against LSG.

Following LSG vs CSK IPL 2024 match in the post-match presentation, CSK captain Ruturaj Gaikwad said, "Tough pill to swallow but LSG played a good game at the end. We had the game in hand around the 13th over, but hats off to Stoinis. There was a huge part that the dew played. It took the spinners away from the game. We could have taken the game deeper. But it is a part of the game, you cannot control the uncontrollable."
