CSK Vs KKR: Kolkata Knight Riders return to winning ways, as the reigning IPL champions hand Chennai Super Kings a historic defeat at their fortress, in their IPL 2025 Match 25 fixture on Friday, April 11.

KKR beat CSK by 8 wickets to register their 3rd win of the season, and with that, they now move up to third in the points table, due to a superior Net Run Rate (NRR) after winning the match with 59 balls remaining. CSK, on the other hand, remain bottom of the table with 2 points.

KKR won the coin toss and opted to bowl first against CSK at Chepauk. KKR bowlers, who were hammered by LSG at Eden Gardens in their last fixture, took notes from their mistakes and implemented a perfect game plan, s they rattled CSK's top-order, which is already struggling for form.

The highly-inconsistent middle-order of CSK was once again a subject to miserable performance, as KKR spinners, led by Varun Chakravarthy, Sunil Narine & Moeen Ali, outclassed and outshined the home side to leave no scope for them to sniff a chance of victory.
