The highly awaited 18th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 is scheduled to kick off on March 22 (Saturday) with a clash between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). As is customary, a grand opening ceremony will precede the first match of the IPL at the Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata. However, unlike previous seasons, this year's IPL will feature opening ceremonies at all 13 venues, turning the tournament into a season-long celebration.  

The grand opening ceremony promises to captivate fans with a glittering evening of music and entertainment in Kolkata before the KKR vs RCB IPL 2025 opener.
