KKR's Venkatesh Iyer Fails To Control Laughter While Calling RCB 'Most Dangerous Side'. WATCH

With just one win out of their eight IPL 2024 matches, RCB's struggles are evident, contrasting with the notion of them being perceived as "the most dangerous side with a good bowling attack".

A viral video showcasing Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) star Venkatesh Iyer struggling to contain his laughter as he refers to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) as "the most dangerous side with a good bowling attack" has been making waves on the internet.

Venkatesh Iyer's laughter at his own statement might be attributed to the irony of the situation. Royal Challengers Bangalore, currently positioned at the bottom of the IPL 2024 standings, are on the brink of being the first team to be officially eliminated from the playoffs race.

KKR beat RCB by just one run at Eden Gardens

RCB's chances of qualifying for Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 playoffs appear bleak after their seventh defeat in eight matches, most recent one being against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Sunday (April 21). In what turned out to be an absolute nail-biting thriller, Kolkata posted 222/6 batting first in their allotted 20 overs. In reply, Royal Challengers Bangalore fell agonizingly short, losing the match by a mere one run.

IPL 2024 has undoubtedly been disappointing for RCB, with both the batsmen and bowlers failing to perform as a team.

Amidst RCB's struggles, their legendary batter Virat Kohli stands out as the lone bright spot for the franchise, having amassed over 350 runs to become number one in IPL 2024 Orange Cap list (most runs).
