IPL 2024 Playoffs Dates, Time, Format, Venue: The league stage of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 has concluded after 70 matches, and the tournament now moves into the decisive playoff phase. Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 playoffs will kick off in Ahmedabad, starting with Qualifier 1 where Shreyas Iyer's Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will face Pat Cummins-led Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Following that, the Eliminator will see Rajasthan Royals (RR) taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), also in Ahmedabad.

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have secured the top position on IPL 2024 points table with an impressive 20 points. Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) edged out Rajasthan Royals (RR) for second place, with both teams finishing with 17 points but SRH having a superior net run rate (NRR). Royal Challengers Bangalore's (RCB) thrilling win over CSK in their final league stage game helped them claim the fourth spot with 14 points.

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) square off in IPL 2024 Qualifier 1 on Tuesday (May 21) at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium. Both KKR and SRH will have two opportunities of making it to the playoffs.

The following day, Wednesday (May 22), Rajasthan Royals (RR) will clash with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in IPL 2024 Eliminator, also in Ahmedabad.

The winner of Qualifier 1 between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will advance directly to the IPL 2024 final. The loser of Qualifier 1 will play against the winner of the Eliminator match between Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in Qualifier 2. This match will be held at Chepauk on Friday, May 24.

The winners of Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2 will then face off in IPL 2024 final, scheduled for Sunday, May 26, at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
