Rishabh Pant return back to form
Rishabh Pant, after a string of low scores, staged a remarkable comeback by playing an aggressive innings against Chennai Super Kings. Pant capitalized on the foundation laid by DC openers David Warner and Prithvi Shaw, and propelled the Delhi Capitals' innings forward.
Pant's blistering knock of 51 runs off just 32 deliveries, laced up with four boundaries and three mega sixes, injected the much-needed momentum into the DC innings.
The Delhi Capitals captain played a crucial role in guiding his team to successfully chase down the target of 191 runs, reaching it with 5 wickets in hand.
Despite the fine, Pant's return to form and Delhi Capitals win over five-time IPL winners Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is a big positive sign. Delhi Capitals will next square off against Kolkata Knight Riders on April 3.
