Virat Kohli interview: Batting legend Virat Kohli has often landed in trouble due to his verbal spats on the cricketing field, including a recent one in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 where he was fined 10 percent match fee for celebrating wildly in an IPL game against Chennai Super Kings. Meanwhile, in a recent candid interview on Star Sports with presenter Jatin Sapru, Virat talked about chances of him ever getting into physical fights on the field. The modern day great admitted that he could say anything verbally but won't get into physical fights.
Speaking on Star Sports' show 'Rising from the Ashes', Virat Kohli said, "Physical toh chance hi nahi. Koi mujhe maar ke nikal jaayega, main toh mar jaunga, usko nahi pata kya hua (No chance of a physical spat. Someone will thrash me, I'll die and he won't even know what happened with me)."
Host Jatin Sapru interrupted Kohli by saying, "You know what the follow up question will be."
"Munh se kuch bhi bulwalo but main physical ladai nahi karta (Verbally, I can say anything but I don't get physical on the field)," Kohli added in a prompt response.
