India vs Sri Lanka ODIs: Indian cricket team's senior fast-bowler Mohammed Shami has started preparations to return to action for the upcoming India vs Sri Lanka three-match ODI series, starting January 11. Shami has been out of the team for some time now and the reason behind his absence is his injury.
In December last year, Shami was ruled out of the ODI and Test series against Bangladesh due to an injury. However, the speedster is now fully fit and is ready to make a strong comeback with the three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka.
Ahead of his much-awaited comeback, Shami took to Instagram to share a video of his recent practice session. In the video, the bowler can be seen working on his batting in the nets.

Shami played the last ODI for India in July 2022, which was against England. After a long gap of over six months, the senior pacer will return to ODIs with the series against Sri Lanka.
