India vs Pakistan Asia Cup 2022: The entire focus will be on Virat Kohli when India takes on arch-rivals Pakistan in their Asia Cup 2022 match at Dubai International cricket stadium on Sunday. The former India captain is all set to make his comeback into international cricket after almost a month's hiatus.
The Asia Cup 2022 match between India and Pakistan is going to be a historic event for ex-India skipper Virat Kohli as the RCB legend will make his 100th T20 International appearance on Sunday. Virat will become only the second cricketer after New Zealand's Ross Taylor to complete playing 100 matches in all three formats of the game.
Virat has received heartwarming messages from one of his closest friends AB de Villiers and Proteas legend Faf du Plessis ahead of his 100th T20I match.
In a video shared by Star Sports Network on Twitter, De Villiers could be seen congratulating Virat.
"I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate my very good friend Virat Kohli on becoming the first-ever Indian cricket player to play a hundred matches across all three formats. What an amazing achievement, Virat. We are all very proud of you and all the very best in your 100th T20 International game. Will be watching you," said De Villers in his message.
