During Day 1's play, Virat Kohli was seen helping Joe Root - the same England player, who had 'brutally destroyed' the Indian bowlers during the match.
The incident took place in the last session of the first day of the Chennai Test. Skipper Kohli introduced Ashwin to bowl the 87th over.
On the last ball of his over, Root slog-sweeped Ashwin over the mid-wicket. He hit the ball so perfectly that it went for a maximum but suddenly the England skipper fell on the ground as he had suffered a cramp.
