Axar Patel said that before practicing at the Aegis Bowl for the WTC final, team India will have to undergo a strict three-day isolation, in which players will not be allowed to meet each other. The Indian team was in isolation in Mumbai for 14 days before leaving for UK and is currently in the second isolation for a short time.

"I had a good sleep...the plan is to quarantine. We have been told that we can't meet each other for three days so we will be quarantining for that much time," said Axar in a video posted by BCCI.

India's men's and women's teams left for England on a chartered flight. After reaching London, the Indian team reached Southampton after traveling two hours by bus. India have to play a five-Test series against England after playing the final of the World Test Championship.  The women's team has to play one Test, three ODIs and as many T20 Internationals against England.
