While fielding at deep midwicket, Maxwell produced a stunning piece of fielding at the boundary to help Finch complete a brilliant catch to dismiss Woakes off the bowling of Jason Behendroff.

Defending champions Australia look on course to defend their World Cup crown as they sealed a berth in the semifinals of the tournament after beating arch rivals England at the Lord's cricket ground on Wednesday. Australia were all conquering against their traditional rivals England as they outplayed them in all facets of the game. While Finch and Warner stole the show with the bat and Jason Behendroff hogged the limelight with a Fifer, there was a moment of brilliance on the filed courtesy a superlative catch to a Maxwell-Finch act at the boundary. While fielding at deep midwicket, Maxwell produced a stunning piece of fielding at the boundary to help Finch complete a brilliant catch to dismiss Woakes off the bowling of Jason Behendroff. In England's chase of a challenging 287-run total, Woakes picked up a slower delivery off Jason Behrendorff in the 41st over  in an attempt to clear the longest boundary of the monumental cricket ground. Patrolling the longest boundary, Maxwell showcased superlative footwork and balance to pull off a catch and even tossed the ball towards Finch at the same time before crossing the boundary ropes. Spectating Maxwell completing the herculean task after sprinting for long, the Australian skipper grabbed the ball to complete the fall of the wicket. Jason Behendroff picked up five wickets in the match to help Australia clinch a memorable win against England and keep their campaign to defend the title very much intact.
