WATCH: Danny Morrison Lifts Presenter On His Lap During Pre-Match PSL Show, Video Goes Viral
Even though Morrison is known for his sense of humour and animated style of punditry, most fans were not expecting this at all and were left in splits following the incident.
The ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) has provided great T20 cricket entertainment to the fans. One has witnessed some top-quality action in the competition but that has not been the only talking point of the league. In a video which has now gone viral on social media, former New Zealand cricketer Danny Morrison lifted presenter Erin Holland on his lap when the two were live on air ahead of the match between Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United on Sunday.
Even though Morrison is known for his sense of humour and animated style of punditry, most fans were not expecting this at all and were left in splits following the incident.
After the match, Holland took to social media to share the video. "Love ya uncle @SteelyDan66 @thePSLt20," she tweeted.

Talking about the match, Islamabad United went on to register a win over Quetta Gladiators in a last-over thriller. While Islamabad won the toss and opted to bowl first, Gladiators had managed to post a competitive 179-6 in their quota of 20 overs with Najibullah Zadran top-scoring with a 34-ball 59. Mohammad Nawaz' 44-ball 52 and a quickfire innings lower down the order from Umar Akmal (43* off 14) propelled them to that total.
However, that wasn't enough on this surface as Islamabad chased it down with 3 balls to spare. Colin Munro's 29-ball 63 was the best performance among their batters which laid the foundation of the run chase before it was finished with the help of Faheem Ashraf's unbeaten 39 off 31. Wicketkeeper Azam Khan's 35 off 25 was the other significant contribution with the bat.
However, the Player of the Match recognition went to Fazalhaq Farooqi who took 3 for 25 in his spell of 4 overs in a match where none of the other bowlers conceded at less than 7 runs an over.
