Ashwin Can't Believe His Eyes As Fielders Fumble In Hilarious Mix-Up - WATCH

A series of misfields and poor throws allowed the batters to steal not one, not two, but three runs on a single ball.

The Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) continues to deliver both high-quality cricket and light-hearted moments.

In the 11th match of the tournament between Dindigul Dragons and Siechem Madurai Panthers, a hilarious fielding sequence by Dindigul left even their captain, R Ashwin, in disbelief—despite the team cruising to a comfortable win.

Comedy of Errors on Final Ball

The incident unfolded on the last delivery of Madurai’s innings. Gurjapneet Singh played a shot towards extra cover, where Ashwin fielded cleanly and threw the ball towards the bowler.

However, what followed was a series of misfields and poor throws that allowed the batters to steal not one, not two, but three runs on a single ball.

The bowler failed to collect the throw, and a follow-up throw missed the wicketkeeper, who also couldn’t gather the next attempt cleanly. The sequence had everyone at the ground laughing, and Ashwin’s stunned expression quickly became a viral moment on social media.
