Sana Javed Cheers For Shoaib Malik During KK vs MS PSL 2024 Clash, Video Goes Viral- WATCH

While Shoaib Malik's effort went in vain, a video has now gone viral which shows his wife Sana Javed cheering for him while sitting in the stands.

Pakistan all-rounder Shoaib Malik is back plying his trade for Karachi Kings as yet another season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) gets underway. Malik even looked in fine nick and scored a half-century in his side's tournament opener against Multan Sultans played at the Multan Cricket Stadium on Sunday (February 18). However, his effort was not sufficient as Karachi succumbed to a 55-run defeat.

While Malik's effort went in vain, a video has now gone viral which show his wife Sana Javed cheering for him while being present in the stadium. Notably, the former Pakistan captain recently married the Pakistani actress after his separation with Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza.

Reeza Hendricks Dazzles As Multan Sultans Beat Karachi Kings

Coming back to the match, Multan Sultans batted first and posted a solid 185-2 in their 20 Overs. Reeza Hendricks top-scored for the side as he scored an unbeaten 79* off 54 deliveries, an innings which was studded with 7 fours and 3 sixes. Along with Hendricks' knock, Dawid Malan also scored 52 off 41 and played a key role in the team managing to post what eventually turned out to be a match-winning score.

In response, Karachi could never really get going. Barring Malik, only two batters managed a score in double figures with captain Shan Masood scoring 30 off 31 and Kieron Pollard remaining not out on 28 off 29. That was far from enough in a match where they were required to chase over 9 runs an over at the outset. Karachi managed 130/8 in their 20 overs.

While Karachi would face Peshawar Zalmi in their next match, Multan Sultans would be up against Islamabad United in their next fixture.
