On Rohit Sharma's Communication Style, Rishabh Pant Says 'Don't Understand...'
Rishabh Pant was asked about Rohit Sharma's Mumbai-style language in an interaction with Tanmay Bhat on the comedian's YouTube channel.
Rishabh Pant, Team India's star wicketkeeper-batter, recently shared his views on the communicatiom style of captain Rohit Sharma. Pant featured in a recent episode of the comedian Tanmay Bhat's Youtube channel video. During the interaction with the social media personality, the 26-year-old shed light upon his interaction with members of the team on and off the field.
When Pant was asked a specific question about Rohit's Mumbai-style language, Pant said that while he does follow what he has to convey on the field, he has a hard time understanding what he is trying to communicate off the field.
"I understand what he is saying on the ground. However, I don't understand much when it comes to off the field," Pant said in an episode on Tanmay Bhat's YouTube channel.

When Rishabh Pant Attempted To Distract Virat Kohli
Meanwhile, Pant also shared an incident in which he tried to distract Virat Kohli in an IPL match.
"It was one of the most important matches of the season for us and we needed to perform well. I couldn't play that match and was thinking what could I do from the outside," he added.
Pant was banned from playing this match because of a slow over-rate offence.

On the workfront, Pant featured in a few matches of the Delhi Premier League (DPL) before making his red-ball comeback with the Duleep Trophy. The left-handed batter was also picked in the India squad for the 1st Test against Bangladesh which will mark his return to Test cricket for the first time since a near-fatal car crash in December 2022.
India vs Bangladesh 1st Test match is set to begin on September 19 in Chennai.
