26 years old 6.6" Tall and 140 KG weighted Rahkeem Cornwall became the heaviest player ever to play International Cricket, when he was named in the national squad for the second World Championship Test between India and West Indies on Friday. The big man, who made his debut against India, broke the previous record held by Australia's Warwick Armstrong who weighed 133-139 kgs. Cornwall, an off-spinner by skill, made most of the extra bounce he got form the turning Jamaican track. The spinning all-rounder, in his Test match debut, bowled 27 overs out of the 90 giving just 69 runs and taking the important wicket of Test batting specialist Cheteshwar Pujara. In recent years, 26-year-old has fared well in the in the four-day domestic competitions as well; he has picked over 260 wickets at a healthy average of 23.9. Agarwal, who made an impressive fifty praised Rakheem for his tight spin bowling and said: "Rakheem is very, very (consistent), he forms good clusters and he keeps bowling those areas. I thought it wasn't very easy to score off him." "We took our time and it was very important for Virat and me to actually get a partnership going and it was important that one of us went on to score big." "He definitely gets a lot more bounce compared to many other spinners. He just keeps hitting those lengths," he added.
