ODI World Cup 2019: England's Eoin Morgan, the former cricketer known for scoring runs at a high strike rate. He scored record-shattering 71-ball-148 against Afghanistan with help of 17 sixes to power England to a mammoth 397 for 6 in a World Cup game. In this match, he scored his career's 13th ODI ton off just 57 balls, also his career-best knock and 4th fastest hundred in World Cup history.

66 balls - Matthew Hayden vs South Africa in 2007

ODI World Cup 2007: Australian batting legend Matthew Hayden, who played the 2007 ODI World Cup edition with a broken toe, muscled the South African bowlers around the park in a World Cup group match in St Kitts, scoring 101 off just 68 balls, with 14 fours and four sixes. The Aussie star scored his ton off 66 deliveries, recording the fifth fastest ton in all World Cups.
