New Zealand posted a mammoth 147-run target against England in fifth and final T20I, which is being played out as a rain-reduced 11 over a side game at the Eden Park in Auckland. The Kiwis opener Martin Guptill and Colin Munro went all guns blazing from ball one of their innings to inflict sheer carnage on the English bowlers in the power-plays.

Guptill was the first to be dismissed by leg spinner Adil Rashid. All-rounder Colin Grandhomme departed early following which Munro staged a blistering partnership with Tim Seifert. Munro eventually fell to Sam Curran just four short of his half ton. Wicket-keeper batsman Tim Seifert provided the late flourish with a quick-fire 39 cameo off just 16 balls.
