Jasprit Bumrah has brought relief to Team India fans by putting to bed the injury concerns, bowling at full tilt in the nets ahead of the India vs Australia Test in Brisbane.
Jasprit Bumrah Injury Update: India was hit with a major injury scare when premier pacer Jasprit Bumrah stopped mid-run-up while bowling in the first innings of the India vs Australia Test In Adelaide. Bumrah held his hamstring and required immediate medical attention, sending worrisome signals for Team India in the IND vs AUS BGT series. However, Bumrah has now put any injury concerns to rest, bowling at full pace in the nets ahead of the Brisbane Test on Thursday, December 12.
Jasprit Bumrah has been outstanding for India in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT) series. After the two Tests so far, he remains the leading wicket-taker in the series having claimed 12 wickets at a staggering average of 11.25.
Ahead of the IND vs AUS 3rd Test in Brisbane, Bumrah has returned to the nets, bowling at full-tilt. In a video uploaded by journalist Bharat Sundaresan, Bumrah began a net session by delivering a few leg-breaks alongside R Ashwin before going back to his usual pacey self.

After Perth Loss, Australia Post Stunning Comeback

India and Australia will now meet for the second IND vs AUS Test in the BGT 2024-25 at Brisbane's The Gabba. The match will start on December 14 (Saturday) and is scheduled to go on till December 18 (Wednesday).
