IND vs ENG 2nd Test Score Live: England 119/3 At The End Of Day 2 Of Their First Innings At Lord's

Background

India had a dream start in the 2nd Test match against England at Lord's Cricket Stadium. KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma's partnership of  127 runs for the first-wicket was India's highest ever at the iconic cricket stadium. India ended Day 1 on a formidable score of 276/3.

KL Rahul and Ajinkya Rahane are the two batters who were present at the crease overnight. Rahul is not out on 127 while Rahane quietly sitting at 1 from 22 balls.

Indian batsmen will look to convert their score into a huge score on Day 2. India still has a lot of batting remaining in the tank. Rishabh Pant, Ravindra Jadeja are the two explosive batsmen that are yet to arrive at the crease for India.

India's stylish batsman, KL Rahul is receiving praise from all strata of cricket. KL's fellow Indian opener, Rohit Sharma even said that it is the best that he has seen Rahul bat. He is getting back to form and the issue around India's opening batting is slowly getting resolved.

If things go well for India, 500 won't be an unrealistic option. Virat Kohli would be ideally looking at posing a big score and bowl England out twice.
