The worst was yet to come for team India as they were left crumbling after losing Rishabh Pant, Venkatesh Iyer and Shreyas Iyer in quick succession. India tried very hard but never recovered after losing Dhawan (79) and Virat Kohli (51).
The second match of the series will be a do-or-die match for India. If India wins, then they will be fighting for the series in the third ODI, but if not, it would be back-to-back series defeats for KL Rahul's men.
