The BCCI appointed five-time IPL winner Rohit Sharma as captain and Rahul Dravid as head coach, and the move proved highly successful. Under their leadership, India reached the final of ODI World Cup on home soil last year and won the T20 World Cup 2024 final in West Indies.

After India's heartbreaking ODI World Cup final loss to Australia, Dravid decided not to extend his coaching tenure, but Rohit Sharma convinced him to stay on for the T20 World Cup.

When the anchor asked Rahul Dravid who he would like to see as the lead actor in a potential Bollywood biopic about him, Dravid humorously replied that if he received a good sum of money, he would prefer to do it himself. His response elicited laughter from everyone present in the hall.
