  • 2 Cup Rice (cooked)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable or Sesame Oil
  • 1 Piece Onion (chopped)
  • 0.5 Cup Bell Peppers (chopped)
  • 0.5 Cup Carrot (chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoon Beans (chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoon Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoon Schezwan Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 Pinch Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon Spring Onions (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Take a pan and heat oil in it. Then, add chopped onions and garlic and saute until they're fragrant.

Step 2

Add the chopped vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, and beans to the pan. Stir fry it and wait till they turn a bit tender.

Step 3

Add in the Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Mix everything well to coat the vegetables. Let the flavours blend in and diffuse for about a couple of minutes.

Add the cold cooked rice to the pan. Make sure that there are no clumps in it. Mix it properly with the sauce and vegetables. Stir fry until the rice is properly heated.

Step 5

Once the rice is ready, remove it from heat and garnish with chopped spring onions. Set it hot along with your favourite side dish.
