Fresh mint and lime create a zesty base, while khand syrup adds a subtle earthiness, sweetness and depth. The blend is elevated by a gentle topping of ginger ale, creating an aromatic finish reminiscent of mountain mist. Balanced, vibrant, and rooted in natural ingredients, this drink is designed to refresh and rejuvenate - take a step back from the hustle. Best served cold, with a garnish of lime spiral and mint, it’s your best bet at unwinding.

Ingredients

  • 12 Piece Mint leaves
  • 2.5 Milliliter Lime zest
  • 30 Milliliter Lime juice
  • 30 Milliliter Khand syrup
  • Ginger ale (to top)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

In a blender, combine mint leaves, lime zest, lime juice, and khand syrup.

Step 2

Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Double strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.

Step 4

Gently top with ginger ale.

Step 5

Garnish with a spiral of lime slice and mint sprigs.
