  • 2 Piece Potato (boiled, mashed)
  • 0.5 Cup Carrot (grated)
  • 0.5 Cup Beans (finely chopped)
  • 0.5 Cup Peas (boiled, mashed)
  • 0.5 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoon Cornflour
  • 1 Piece Green Chilli
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon Coriander (fresh, chopped)
  • Salt
  • Oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Take a bowl and add in the mashed potatoes, beans, peas, carrots, green chilli, and ginger garlic paste.

Step 2

Add in red chilli, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix it properly.

Step 3

Add in the bread crumbs and cornflour to create a strong binding. Once done, shape them into your desired shape.

Step 4

Make a mixture of cornflour and water in a small bowl and dip each cutlet in it. After dipping, coat all the cutlets with breadcrumbs to make them crispier.

Step 5

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets until they turn golden brown.

Step 6

Serve the cutlets hot and enjoy with any kind of dip, sauce, or chutney.
