Beaver Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse: The total lunar eclipse seen in the sky of Sangju, 200 kilometres south of Seoul, on November 8, 2022. In this image, a partial lunar eclipse is seen. This is a phase of a total lunar eclipse in which only a part of the Moon is covered by Earth's shadow, called the umbra. The partial eclipse started at around 7:16 pm Korea Standard Time in Korea, according to the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI). As the eclipse entered the totality phase, it turned red because of entering into the darkest part of Earth's shadow. The totality phase lasted about 40 minutes. (Photo: Getty)
