Congress MP Rahul Gandhi meets the family of Ajeesh, Rahul Gandhi abruptly halted his 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' in Varanasi and left for his Lok Sabha constituency Wayanad in Kerala on Sunday.

Gandhi urged officials to expedite compensation to the families of the victims, as per news agency PTI.

Addressing reporters after the assessment meeting in Kalpetta, Gandhi emphasized his focus on addressing the human-animal conflict without delving into politics. However, he raised concerns about the lack of facilities at Wayanad Medical College hospital, deeming it a critical issue, PTI reported.
