Apple CEO Tim Cook watched the IPL match between Delhi Capitals and Shah Rukh Khan's Kolkata Knight Riders on Thursday with Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor and her husband Anand Ahuja.

Tim Cook made a surprise appearance in the stadium after inaugurating the Apple store in the national capital. He was seen alongside Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor, BCCI vice-president Rajeev Shukla and the dignitaries and officials of the Delhi & District Cricket Association.

Sonam took to Instagram to share pictures of herself with Tim and Anand enjoying the match.

She wrote, "#TimCook and entire @apple team - we hope you’ve had a lovely stay here and leave encouraged and positive on Apple’s outlook in the country. We’re so grateful for the care and attention you’ve given to creating your signature world class experience here. 🙏 @anandahuja"

The three of then were seen posing for selfies and chatting away while watching the match.

Sonam opted for a simple yellow and white linen saree with simple linen sari with vintage jewels while Tim and Anand were seen in casuals.

Anand Ahuja also posted a couple of pictures from the match with the caption, "@apple #TimCook - We wish you the very best in your new steps in India. The Apple CEO is in India for the opening of the Apple store in the country. Prior to Delhi, Cook launched India's first Apple store at the Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai a couple of days ago.
