Thick Smog Engulfs Delhi Sky As AQI Nears 'Severe Category', 6 Cities In 'Red' Zone - IN PICS

As the winter season sets in, air pollution in the Delhi-NCR continues to worsen due to smog. The Air Quality Index (AQI) levels increased to dangerous levels.

Due to worsened air quality, India Gate was engulfed in a layer of smog the day after the Diwali celebration.
