Sharing this on her LinkedIn account, Basu wrote: "This Valentine's Day I want to ask Zomato out, for an Internship. So, to apply... I thought to curate something that is worthwhile."
She also tagged Zomato Founder Deepinder Goyal, Zomato's CEO of Food Delivery Rahul Ganjoo, and Zomato Design Lead Vijay Verma in her post.
The suggestions which reflected how Zomato can improve their app were accompanied by adorable illustrations. She suggested problems with the Zomato app and ways to solve them. For e.g. The company can consider re-positioning the "Drafts" folder or improving user flow while uploading pictures.
She also suggested that a new feature can be added, Basu called this feature 'Zomato Zing'. She suggested that 15-second videos can be played and if they catch the users' attention, they can use them to order food or book a table.
