Why Was The Warning Issued?

The advisory follows reports that a 22-year-old Indian woman wa scaught allegedly shoplifting from a Target store while she was on vacation in the United States. According to police statements and viral footage, she spent hours inside the store, picking up goods, checking her phone, and eventually pushing her cart toward the exit without paying.
