Elon Musk challenged Twitter Inc CEO Parag Agrawal to a public discussion regarding the percentage of bots on the social media network on Saturday, news agency Reuters reported.

He also established a poll asking users if fewer than 5% of everyday Twitter users are fake/spam.
On Thursday, Twitter denied Musk's assertion that he was duped into accepting a $44 billion deal to purchase the firm.
On July 29, Musk filed a countersuit against Twitter, deepening his legal battle with the business over his desire to terminate the acquisition deal.
Earlier on Saturday, Musk stated that if Twitter could share its process for sampling 100 accounts and confirming that the accounts are genuine, his proposal to purchase the business should proceed on its original terms.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who is embroiled in a legal battle with Twitter over a failed purchase proposal that Twitter now wants to pursue, said that the social media giant jeopardised its third-largest market by neglecting to reveal "risky" action against the Indian government, ANI reported.
Musk also alleged in a countersuit filed under secret in a Delaware court last Friday and made public Thursday that he was "hoodwinked" into signing the contract to purchase the San Francisco-based social media business.
