Royal Enfield Classic 350 Redditch ABS Launched

The Classic 350 Redditch is the most affordable offering from RE to feature ABS

  • Gets dual-channel ABS
  • Carries a premium of Rs 6,000 over non-ABS variant
  • Deliveries for the first lot will commence from this month itself

Royal Enfield Classic 350 Redditch ABS LaunchedRoyal Enfield has been busy updating its portfolio with ABS over the past few months. Especially since starting from 1 April 2019, it will be mandatory for all two-wheelers above 125cc displacement to be equipped with ABS. The latest RE offering to feature ABS as an option is the Classic 350 Redditch, which has been priced at Rs 1.52 lakh (ex-showroom). In fact, the Classic 350 Redditch is the most affordable ABS-equipped bike in Royal Enfield’s portfolio.

Like other Royal Enfield motorcycles, the Classic 350 Redditch also features a dual-channel ABS and carries a premium of Rs 6,000 over the non-ABS variant. Bookings for the bike have already started and deliveries for the first lot are expected to commence from this month itself.

Apart from the addition of ABS, no changes have been made to the bike. Powering the motorcycle is a 346cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder motor pumping out 20PS and 28Nm of peak torque. The RE Classic 350 competes against the Jawa Forty Two, which was recently made available with dual-channel ABS.
