Karnataka HC Grants Interim Relief To Twitter India MD In Loni Assault Case

Karnataka High Court said, if Ghaziabad Police wants to examine Twitter MD then it can do so through virtual mode.

Bangaluru: The Karnataka High Court grants interim relief to Twitter Twitter India Managing Director Manish Maheshwari, tells Ghaziabad Police not to take any coercive steps against him.

On Monday Twitter India Twitter MD Manish Maheshwari's counsel told Karnataka High Court that he is an employee of the organization and has nothing to do with the offense.

Manish was asked to report to a police station at Loni Border near Delhi and record his statement within seven days in the notice.
