WATCH: How a foreigner in Mumbai fooled a drunk man
New Delhi: The driving and road safety rules are often broken by drunkards. Time and again, India has witnessed such ‘drink and drive’ accidents and these have made their way to become popular court cases.
Ministry of Road transport and Highways have released many road safety advertisements. These ads usually have serious and emotional content but humor also makes a stronger space in people's minds.
Well, here's a different take to the issue and it's uploaded by two Swedish guys on Facebook . Their page is named ‘2 Foreigners in Bollywood’.
In less than a week, the video has reached approx 1.5 million views and it is shared more than 17,000 times. Their Facebook page says that ''It is their journey to Bollywood''.
Their love for Bollywood can be seen in the video which portrays a man on bike who stops to buy a pack of cigarettes from a ‘panwala’. The background music plays singer Mohammad Rafi’s iconic song ‘Ye Hai Bombay Meri Jaan’ that adds more flavour of Bollywood and Mumbai to the video. As the 'panwala' asked the man for the cigarettes' money, his response was ‘’Tum jaantey ho, Kaun hun main’’, a dialogue that is most commonly heard in Delhi than Mumbai.
The 'Panwala' bluffs the biker by putting his tray down and throws the bike’s key which actually he hasn't. The drunkard believes the keys are thrown in the opposite direction and screamingly runs to find it out and in the whole melee, the 'panwala' smoothly flees away riding the bike.
Do you think ones who drink and drive/ride should face a similar lesson? Send us your comments below.
