WATCH: Celebratory firing by Katihar SP Siddharth Mohan Jain during his farewell ceremony in Bihar

Bihar: In a shocking incident, Katihar Supritendent of Police (SP) Siddharth Mohan Jain was seen firing gunshots amidst a huge crowd at his farewell ceremony on Tuesday night. The incident, which was caught on camera shows both DM and SP holding mike and singing songs, thereafter ‘drunk on power’ SP can be seen taking out a gun from his pocket and firing celebratory shots. Thankfully, no one got injured. No case has been registered against the SP for misusing the weapon which is issued to them for protecting the society. In a video that surfaced, SP Jain and Mishra were seen happily enjoying their farewell party. The latter was singing a song from the 1975 hit Sholay film - 'Ye Dosti Hum Nahi Todenge'. It was then the Katihar SP started firing bullets in the sky in a jubilant mood. He kept on firing till the magazine of the pistol was completely empty.
