UPSC Civil Services Prelims Result 2018: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is likely to announce the results of Civil Service preliminary examination on July 22 on the official website - upsc.gov.in. According to the report by the Indian Express, the date of UPSC prelims result will be announced today, 13 July on the website itself. The preliminary exam was held on 3 June 2018. The exam was conducted in 73 exam centres across the country. After clearing the prelims, the candidates will then have to appear on the mains that will be conducted on October 1 this year. The prelims exam is conducted in three stages annually - preliminary, main and interview. After clearing these, the candidate is selected to fill administrative positions in different All-India Services and central civil services including IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS, and IRTS. Students who had appeared for the exam and have been waiting for their result are advised to keep a tab on the website as the information about result declaration will be out anytime soon.
