TS Inter Toppers' List 2025: Girls Outperform Boys, 2nd Year Pass Rate At 71.37%

TS Inter Toppers' List 2025: The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) announced the results of the Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) for both 1st and 2nd year students on Tuesday. The results were officially declared by Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and Transport & BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar. Against this backdrop, anticipations are high to know about the toppers in the state. 

TS Inter Results 2025

In 2025, nearly 9.97 lakh students appeared for the TS inter board examinations, with over 57 lakh answer scripts being evaluated. The exams were held from March 5 to 25, 2025, across the state.

In the 2nd year Intermediate exams, a total of 5,08,582 students appeared, with the overall pass percentage standing at 71.37%. A gender-wise breakdown reveals a significant gap in performance: 74.21% of girls passed the exams compared to 57.31% of boys.

Students who sat for the exams can now access their results online through the official websites — tsbie.cgg.gov.in and results.cgg.gov.in — by entering their hall ticket numbers and other details.

To be declared pass, students must secure at least 35% marks in each subject. Those who failed in one or more subjects will be eligible to take supplementary exams, which are expected to be held in May 2025.

Telangana Inter Result: Toppers' List 

In keeping with its recent student-centric approach, TSBIE has not released an official toppers' list, aiming to reduce competitive stress among students, as per a report on Jagran Josh. However, a list of ‘Best Performing Students’ based on academic merit will soon be compiled and shared on the board’s official websites after verification.
