Terror funding to Kashmiri separatist leaders from Pakistan; here is the list

The document also enlists Pakistan High Commission's role in disbursing of terror funds.

New Delhi: Separatists in Jammu and Kashmir have received terror funding worth 7 crore from Pakistan to propagate divisive sentiments and militancy across the valley. ABP News found in its investigation, documents which have details of the funding, which reached prominent separatist leaders in India. The funding, as per the documents received, is done by terrorist Hafiz Saeed in Pakistan for ulterior terror motives. The document also enlists Pakistan High Commission's role in disbursing of terror funds. Furthermore, ABP News while going through the documents found out the list of separatists who received the terror funding from Pakistan. The list mentions big names in code words, “Geelani Saab”, which apparently refers to Tehreek-e-Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani. Here is the list of who received what amount and when, between 2015 - 2016. The names are as mentioned in the document. Geelani Saab - Rs 25 lakh Shabbir Shah- Rs 10 Lakh Yasin Malik: Rs 15 Lakh Masrat Alam: Rs 10 Lakh Altaf Fantoosh (Geelani’s son in law)- Rs 15 Lakh Shagufta- Rs 5 lakh Advocate Shafi Rishi: Rs 12 Lakh Naeem Geelani: Rs 15 lakh Geelani Saab: Rs 20 lakh Who did the money go to, and on which dates: On March 3, 2015, Rs 42,05,000 in Dubai’s currency came from Mudassar Wani On March 8 2015, Rs 10 lakh reached Masarat alam On April 7 2015, Rs 15 lakh reached Yasin Malik On April 29 2015: Rs 10 Lakh - Shabbir Shah On May 3, 2015, Rs 52,05,000  arrived from Dubai via Hafiz Saeed On July 20 2015, 25 lakh reached “Geelani Saab” On September 13 2015: 15 lakh - Altaf Fantoosh On November 21, 2015: Shagufta- Rs 5 lakh On March 15 2016, Rs 30 lakh arrived from Pakistan High Commission June 16,2016: Rs 15 lakh- Naseem Geelani June 17, 206: Rs 12 lakh- Advocate Shafi Rishi On October 20, 2016, ISI official Iqbal Cheema installed at Pakistan High Commission had sent Rs 40 lakh November 21, 2016: Rs 20 lakh- “Geelani Saab” Watch:
