MK Stalin, Akhilesh, Tejashwi Among I.N.D.I.A Leaders To Attend Congress Yatra's Concluding Rally In Mumbai
As the Lok Sabha elections will be announced on Saturday, expenses of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra's concluding rally will be shown in our election expenditure, Vijay Wadettiwar said.
New Delhi: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin, Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav, and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav are prominent figures among the leaders of the I.N.D.I.A bloc slated to participate in the concluding rally of the Rahul Gandhi-led Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra in Mumbai on Sunday, a Congress leader said.
Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Shiv Sena (UBT) head and former Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray, and NCP (Sharadchandra Pawar) chief Sharad Pawar will also attend the event.
Speaking to PTI on Friday, Vijay Wadettiwar, Leader of the Opposition in the Maharashtra Assembly, confirmed that apart from Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin, other prominent leaders including Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav and Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav have confirmed their participation in the March 17 rally.
Rahul-led Bharat Jodo Nyay currently in Maharashtra, will end on March 17 as stated by Congress leader Jairam Ramesh.

The event is scheduled to take place at Shivaji Park in the Dadar area of central Mumbai. Additionally, representatives from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and other allies of the opposition alliance are expected to be present, signifying a unified front in support of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra led by Rahul Gandhi, he said.
As the Lok Sabha elections are set to be announced on Saturday, Vijay Wadettiwar emphasised that the expenses incurred during the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra's concluding rally will be duly reflected in their election expenditure.
Rahul Gandhi's yatra will arrive in Mumbai on Saturday afternoon. The former Congress president will then visit Chaitya Bhoomi, the memorial of the chief architect of India's Constitution at Dadar. The yatra is currently passing through the Palghar district of the state.
