SP patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav admitted to Gurgaon hospital

The 79-year-old leader was admitted to Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences in Lucknow on Sunday for a routine check-up after his blood sugar level rose. He was discharged after a few hours.

Gurgaon: Due to sudden health condition, Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav was admitted to a private hospital here Monday night, a party spokesperson said. Yadav was first flown from his Lucknow residence and thereafter was admitted to Medanta Hospital, as per SP spokesperson. As per reports, Yadav’s blood sugar level was very high because of which he needed medical attention and had to be admitted immediately. Earlier in the day, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met Yadav at his residence in Lucknow and enquired about his health. Yogi also tweeted a get well soon message for him. The 79-year-old leader was admitted to Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences in Lucknow on Sunday for a routine check-up after his blood sugar level rose. He was discharged after a few hours. Medanta Hospital authorities could not be contacted immediately for update on his health condition. More details on the same are awaited.
