'Ramzan Mubarak!': PM Modi Extends Greetings As Holy Month Begins
Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished people 'Ramzan Mubarak' and hoped for "peace and harmony" in the society.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday greeted people on the beginning of the holy Islamic month of Ramzan.
In a post on X, he said: "As the blessed month of Ramzan begins, may it bring peace and harmony in our society."
He added, "This sacred month epitomises reflection, gratitude and devotion, also reminding us of the values of compassion, kindness and service. Ramzan Mubarak!"

Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi also extended greetings on Ramzan.

Meanwhile, people in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri distributed sweets as they celebrate the beginning of the holy month of Ramzan.
