PM Modi Speech, Budget Session: First Session Of The Decade, Offers Golden Opportunity To Fulfil Nations' Dreams

PM Modi Speech, Parliament Budget Session 2021: "Budget 2021 to be seen as a part of 4-5 mini budgets presented in 2020 in form of different packages," says Modi as he addressed reporters outside Parliament.

Budget Session 2021: As Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at the Parliament ahead of the Budget Session commencement, he spoke to reporters outside and said that it is going to be the first Budget session of the decade and will look towards fulfilling the dreams of freedom fighters. "Today commences the first Session of this decade. This decade is very important for the bright future of India. A golden opportunity has come before the nation to fulfill the dreams seen by the freedom fighters: Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Parliament," PM Modi said.

"It is important for us to fully utilised this new decade. With this in mind, there should be discussions in this session focussing on the decade - this is expected by the nation. I believe that we will not lag behind in making our contribution for the fulfilment of people's aspiration," Modi added ahead of Budget Session.

"As expected by the entire country, there should be discussions in this session focussing on the decade. I believe that none of us will lag behind in making our contributions for the fulfilment of people's dreams and aspirationsm," the Prime Minister added while speaking to reporters outside Parliament. 

“This is the Budget Session. For the first time in India's history, in a way, the Finance Minister had to present 4-5 mini budgets in 2020 in the form of different packages. So this Budget will be seen as a part of those 4-5 mini budgets, I believe this,” said PM Modi at the Parliament.

The Prime Minister was greeted by Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla and leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Union Minister Amit Shah also arrived at the Parliament.
