Patna: Former IG's daughter dies after falling from terrace a day before marriage with Kishanganj SP

The deceased Snigdha was going to tie a knot with Kishanganj District Magistrate (DM) Mahendra Yadav on Monday. The two got engaged on Saturday and the tragic incident has shaken both the families.

New Delhi: A shocking incident has come to light from Bihar’s Patna where daughter of former IG Sudhanshu passed away a day ahead of her D-day. As per police, Snigdha fell down by falling down from the terrace of her house. The police reached the spot immediately after the incident and have begun a probe in the case. As per sources, the case prima-facie looks like a suicide. The cops are trying to get deeper into the case and find the reason behind the same. A heavy crowd flocked outside the house of the grieving family soon after the incident. The incident has also jolted the highly qualified groom-to-be. Though the cops are yet to find the real reason behind the death, but a probe has been launched to find the same.
