They said that they hoped Prime Minister Narendra Modi would continue to allow their visas so that they could visit the Dargah.
A pilgrim while speaking to ANI said, "We come with a message of peace. We hope Modi ji keeps giving visas to us to visit Kwaja Gareeb Nawaz."
The pilgrims arrived at Ajmer on January 6, and will return on a train on January 10, Gajendra Singh Rathore, Additional District Collector Ajmer told ANI.
The 813th Urs of Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti began in Ajmer on January 1 with the sighting of the moon.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi sent a ‘chaddar’ which was presented by Union Minister for Minority and Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rijiju at the Dargah on January 4. Haji Syed Salman Chishty, Chairman Sufi Foundation and Gaddi Nashin of Ajmer Dargah that PM Modi has been sending chadars to Ajmer Dargah for the last 10 years.
Chishty announced the beginning of the Urs, and extended his congratulations to all the attendees. He said that PM Modi has been sending a chadar to the Dargah every year, continuing a tradition, which began in 1947. Along with the chadar, the Prime Minister conveys a message of peace and brotherhood for the nation, accompanied by prayers for unity and harmony, he added.
“According to belief, entering the Dargah through the Jannati Darwaza grants one a place in heaven. As a result, a large number of pilgrims are visiting the Dargah and are passing through this sacred gateway," the Dargah cleric said.
