As per the ANI report, this is the first time in history that a whole cabinet stepped down at the same time in order to make space for new faces both younger and senior, ahead of polls.

According to ANI sources, some of the ministers who performed well in their portfolios will be given important responsibilities in the party for the elections. As many as 23 ministers resigned effective Sunday.
