"Rahul Gandhi, you must be the one who surrenders, your party must have surrendered, your leaders must have surrendered — because your history has been like that. But India never surrenders. Surrender is in your party Congress’s dictionary, it is in your DNA. Rahul Gandhi, you should remember the tenures of your party’s governments — how you have ‘surrendered’ throughout history," JP Nadda said.

"You surrendered in front of terrorism, surrendered at Sharm el-Sheikh, surrendered at the table in Shimla after winning the 1971 war, surrendered in the Indus Waters Treaty, surrendered Haji Pir Pass, surrendered 160 km of the Chamb sector, surrendered in the 1962 war, surrendered in 1948, and even surrendered in front of the Muslim League at the time of the country’s independence," he added in the post.
Nadda said calling the bravery and heroism of the army a ‘surrender’ was not only unfortunate but also a grave insult, adding that the statement was "nothing less than treason."

"Rahul Gandhi calling the unparalleled bravery and heroism of the Indian Army a ‘surrender’ is not only unfortunate but also a grave insult to the Indian Army, the nation, and 1.4 billion Indians. If even a Pakistani had said such a thing, we would have laughed it off. But after the devastation caused in Pakistan by Operation Sindoor, neither its people, nor its army, nor even its Prime Minister dared to say such a thing — yet Rahul Gandhi is saying it! This is nothing less than treason," Nadda said.
Rahul Gandhi, while addressing the gathering in the Madhya Pradesh capital, said, "Trump gave a sign from there. He picked up his phone and said 'Modiji What are you doing? Narendra... Surrender. And PM Modi followed Trump's words."
